The following text contains important last-minute information about the conference you should check.
The registration desk will be open throughout the conference from Thursday 15th from 8:00. Also, the registration desk will be open on Wednesday 14th from 19:00 to 21:00.
Registration on-line will be possible but the only method of payment will be cash. Please note that you will be asked to pay for your registration on the spot if you registered on-line but you have not forwarded any payment to date.
At least half hour before the corresponding session, presenting authors must download their files on the computers located at “seminario 1” and “seminario 2” in the conference center. We encourage presenting authors to download and verify their presentation files as soon as possible .Oral presentations scheduled for the first conference day, 15th Thursday, can be revised and downloaded Wednesday, 14th from 19:00 to 21:00.
The registration fees include all coffees and lunches on Thursday and Friday and a morning coffee on Saturday.
Printed receipts/attendance certificates will be issued as part of the delegate’s pack that you will receive at the registration desk. Please, check if all the details in the certificates are correct and if not, please communicate any possible error before Friday morning

If you have paid for social events, tickets will be issued together with your delegate information. There may be very limited numbers of additional tickets available: these will be sold on a first come, first-served basis.
On Thursday 15th, as part of the welcome reception, Spanish and Flamenco dancing will be featured.
Weather: since most social events will be outdoors, please be aware that temperatures in Granada during April can go from 20º C during the day down to 5º C at night. We might also have some rain!
Finally, the organising committee wish you a safe journey and a pleasant stay in Granada, and look forward to meeting you on April 15th
