Booking request is individual. Booking procedure is the following: send an email to the selected hotel, including:
- Conference Identification: SEPEX (IMPORTANT! TYPE THAT YOU ARE ATTENDING TO THE SEPEX CONFERENCE, IF NOT, HOTEL WILL NOT OFFER NEITHER THESE FEES NOR THE BOOKED ROOMS FOR THE CONFERENCE)
- Credit card number for booking deposit
- Your name, kind of selected room (single, double, triple or quadruple, when available) arrival and departure dates.
- Taxes (VAT) are included in prices. These conference special prices are only applicable for reservations before February, the 28th. This offer is subject to availability.
